New Industrial Agreement secured

We successfully negotiated an 11.5% salary increase over three years, a $4,000 annual Professional Development Allowance, better rostering, overtime pay, and more benefits specific to Doctors in Training.

Hospital Health Check Survey

With a focus on morale, culture, wage theft, bullying, career progression, and leave, the Health Check gathers insights on DiTs’ working conditions, helping us advocate for improvements with HSPs.

$2.7 Million won back for members

Our Industrial Relations team represented members on various matters, successfully securing more than $2.7 million in 2023/2024 in individual claims.

Easter Sunday Public Holiday backpay secured

We successfully secured backpay for 3,073 doctors who were underpaid for their work on Easter Sunday over the last couple of years.

15% salary growth in the RFDS Enterprise Agreement

The new RFDS Enterprise Agreement includes a significant salary increase for Royal Flying Doctors over the next three years, and important provisions for fatigue management and non-clinical time.
