New Industrial Agreement secured

We successfully negotiated a new Industrial Agreement that will lead to an 11.5% salary increase over the next three years, along with securing FRACGP and FACRRM specialist recognition and an enhanced salary structure.

$2.7 Million won back for members

Our Industrial Relations team represented members on various matters, successfully securing more than $2.7 million in 2023/2024 in individual claims.

Easter Sunday Public Holiday backpay secured

We successfully secured backpay for 3,073 doctors who were underpaid for their work on Easter Sunday over the last couple of years.

15% salary growth in the RFDS Enterprise Agreement

The new RFDS Enterprise Agreement includes a significant salary increase for Royal Flying Doctors over the next three years, and important provisions for fatigue management and non-clinical time.
