Scheduled ASMOF Branch Council Election, Western Australia

The Registered Organisations Commission (ROC) has made arrangements with the Australian Electoral Commission (‘AEC’) under Section 189 of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) Act 2009 to hold an election of Councillors for the WA Branch.
Nominations open from the 1 March 2024 and close 5pm (AEDT) on 22 March 2024.
You can find the notice of the election here. The Nomination form will be made available on this website from 1 March 2024.
Please follow the instructions enclosed in the notice, and please lodge nominations to the AEC, not ASMOF (details enclosed in ‘Notice’).
Nominations are called for the below positions:
- Branch President (1)
- Branch Vice-President (1)
- Branch Secretary (1)
- Branch Assistant Secretary/Treasurer (1)
- Branch Councillors from the following Practitioner Types:
- Staff Specialist (4)
- Medical Officer (Doctor in Training) (5)
- Miscellaneous (1)
