WA Health Agreement independent reviews – expressions of interest

The AMA (WA) is inviting employed practitioners, both Senior and Junior, across WA Health to express their interest in joining two consultative committees that will play a key role in shaping upcoming independent reviews.
The committees will focus on:
- Telehealth On-call and Recall Review – This review aims to consider contemporising existing industrial provisions and current practices for the delivery of telemedicine/teleconsultation services, and support modern clinical service delivery across WA Health; and
- Junior Medical Officer (JMO) Workflow Review – This review will assess workflow issues and provide recommendations on how WA Health can make workflow improvements for JMOs to reduce administrative burden and inefficiencies.
Interested members are encouraged to submit their nominations by completing the Expression of Interest form. Nominations close on Monday 3 February 2025.
The final selection of the consultative committee representatives will be determined by the AMA (WA) based on the information provided, and in the interests of ensuring fair and diversified representation within the respective Committees.
